The Exasperating Existence of Midge McCracken, a complete collection of cartoonist Roberta Gregory's acclaimed comic series Naughty Bits, which originally ran from 1991 to 2004. The release brings the entire award-winning run together in a single volume for the first time, giving new and returning readers full access to a comic known for its dark humour and unflinching treatment of difficult subject matter.

The book follows Midge McCracken, an embittered and often cruel protagonist, tracing her life from a traumatic childhood through a difficult adolescence and into middle age, while hinting at moments of self-awareness and growth along the way.
