Vocalist Jack Murray demonstrates vocal range throughout the composition, alternating between restrained atmospheric singing and intense delivery, creating emotional contrast. The song explores themes of intrusive thoughts and unwanted self-destructive impulses that manifest independent of underlying psychological distress.

The track appears on the band's forthcoming album 'From A Distance', scheduled for early September release through Pure Noise Records. The group has also announced support tour dates across European and UK venues beginning in October, where they will accompany headlining act The Devil Wears Prada.
