Harry Potter 25th Anniversary 4K Steelbook Box Set Preorders Go Live at Amazon in the UK

IGN · 7 hours ago

Amazon UK has opened preorders for a new Harry Potter 25th Anniversary Steelbook Collection, a 4K UHD box set bringing together all eight films to mark the franchise's 25th anniversary, ahead of its release on 5 October 2026. The set is also listed in Canada via Amazon and Gruv, but there is currently no indication it will be sold in the US, making this primarily a UK-focused release for now.

The collection costs £250 and includes 16 discs, with each film presented on its own individually illustrated 4K Ultra HD steelbook alongside a separate Blu-ray disc of bonus features, including the Creating the World of Harry Potter documentary series and various behind-the-scenes material. Unlike earlier sets such as 2018's Dark Arts Collection, all the steelbooks are housed in a library-style case within a larger trunk-style box, and extras include a certificate of authenticity, a Marauder's Map reproduction, a Diagon Alley map, travel posters and stickers. Notably, the films themselves are not new 4K transfers and lack extended cuts, Dolby Vision upgrades or fresh bonus content, meaning the appeal lies mainly in the packaging and extras rather than picture quality improvements.
