Rubio said he was not familiar with the specifics of the case, noting he had been travelling overseas, but confirmed he knew who the Tate brothers were. He said such cases follow their own legal process through the courts and that the brothers' extradition matter would "play itself out" through that judicial system, rather than through any diplomatic or political channel.
