Tom Holland has denied that Jean Grey is in Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Tom Holland has pushed back on speculation that Jean Grey will feature in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, after fan theories circulated online suggesting the X-Men telepath could appear in the upcoming Marvel film. His denial comes amid ongoing efforts by Marvel Studios to gradually weave the X-Men into the main Marvel Cinematic Universe, a process fans have been eagerly tracking for clues in every new project.

Speculation had grown around potential crossover appearances as Marvel continues integrating mutant characters following Disney's acquisition of Fox, but Holland's comments suggest such rumours are unfounded for this particular film. Spider-Man: Brand New Day is part of the MCU's next phase and continues Holland's run as Peter Parker, though further plot details remain closely guarded ahead of release.
