Saint Vitus has announced the first artists scheduled to play its reopening programme, led by The Dillinger Escape Plan, Immolation and Ancient Death. The bookings signal the return of the influential Brooklyn heavy-music venue after its closure, restoring a dedicated stage for metal, hardcore and related underground scenes.

The venue is due to reopen in autumn 2026 at 428 Troutman Street in Bushwick, in the former Brooklyn Made site. Its previous Greenpoint premises closed in 2024 after 13 years; the new space has a reported capacity of about 500, more than twice that of the old venue, and further shows are expected to be announced.
