“Bob’s Burgers” will release a new Christmas-themed short, “On the Fort Day of Christmas”, on Hulu later this year, with international availability for most Disney+ subscribers. The announcement extends the animated series’ holiday output and marks its first short made exclusively for Hulu.

The short follows the Belcher children during a record-breaking Christmas snowstorm as they build an equally ambitious snow fort. Creator Loren Bouchard announced it at San Diego Comic-Con on 25 July alongside the main voice cast; the show’s 17th season is due on Fox in early 2027, streaming on Hulu the following day.
