Brothers Osbourne Share New Single ‘R.I.P.’
American country-rock duo Brothers Osbourne have released a new single, 'R.I.P.', described as a guitar-driven track that returns to the pair's musical roots. The release comes a decade after their breakthrough album 'Pawn Shop' and precedes a run of UK arena dates supporting The Darkness this December, marking a notable moment in the siblings' ongoing rise from a working-class upbringing in Maryland to the Nashville scene.
Brothers John and TJ Osborne have said the song looks back at where they came from musically while still pushing forward creatively, drawing on the "spit 'n' sawdust" atmosphere of the bars where they started out. The single blends country and rock influences and arrives ahead of their December tour dates with The Darkness in the UK.
