Sky News · 4 hours ago

The Metropolitan Police are making enquiries after Green Party leader Zack Polanski shared an Instagram post containing an image of a man wearing a T-shirt featuring a guillotine alongside wording referring to Nigel Farage. The episode has prompted Reform UK to report the matter and Mr Farage to call for Mr Polanski’s arrest, raising concerns about political rhetoric and threats against public figures.

The image was part of a 20-picture post from a Green Party event in Bristol, which Mr Polanski accepted as a collaborative post before later unsharing it. The Green Party said he had not realised the image was included and condemned its message; the Met said it received a third-party report on Monday 27 July and was treating it seriously.
