Entertainment conglomerate HYBE has established a new global executive position and named Jenni Pfaff as Chief People and Transformation Officer. Pfaff moves up from her current role leading human resources at HYBE's US division, a position she has held for just over a year. Operating from Los Angeles and working directly with the company's chief executive, she will now coordinate talent management and organizational strategy across HYBE's worldwide operations spanning its diverse music label portfolio.

Pfaff's career encompasses leadership roles across major entertainment and technology companies. She previously served as a senior executive at music publisher Warner Chappell, where she directed strategy and analytics functions. Prior experience includes positions at video game publisher Activision Blizzard, consulting firm PwC, and defence contractor Northrop Grumman. Holding advanced degrees in organisational psychology and completing specialised training at Harvard Business School, Pfaff's appointment continues a pattern of executive appointments that HYBE's US leadership has implemented since assuming control in 2025.
