Disney+ Korea is producing a spin-off, "House of Fates," following the record-breaking success of its supernatural reality series "Battle of Fates." The original show became the platform's biggest series premiere in Korea, and the spin-off will build on that popularity by exploring Korea's spiritual heritage in greater depth, reflecting a wider surge of interest in Korean fate reading and shamanism.

"House of Fates" will take participants to sites believed to hold powerful spiritual energy, featuring ceremonies, local traditions and dining events tied to Korean spiritual practices, with contributors receiving personal readings and sharing stories of love and loss. It follows "Battle of Fates," a survival contest in which 49 of South Korea's leading fortune-tellers, shamans and readers competed using tools ranging from fans and dowsing rods to laptops; that show overtook "Moving" as Disney+ Korea's top performer after 12 days of streaming data, and further remakes have also been confirmed.
