Jared Leto has denied allegations of sexual misconduct made by women in a BBC documentary, calling the claims “absolutely and categorically false”. The allegations concern conduct said to have occurred when Leto was in his 30s and 40s and some of the women were teenagers, raising serious questions about alleged abuse of power and safeguarding.

The documentary, *Jared Leto: Hollywood’s Dark Secret*, features 10 women alleging misconduct between 2002 and 2016, including claims of sexual assault, statutory rape, grooming and threats. Four women said they were aged 16 to 18 at the time; one alleged assault at 17, while another said Leto later sought an NDA concerning their relationship. Similar accusations from nine women were reported last year, which Leto’s representatives also denied.
