Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds reunited with Kylie Minogue for an emotional performance of their 1995 duet ‘Where The Wild Roses Grow’ at a sold-out homecoming concert in Brighton’s Preston Park on 31 July. The appearance, their first joint performance of the song since 2018, was a major moment in the band’s UK-exclusive show as they conclude the touring campaign for 2024’s ‘Wild God’.

Minogue told the crowd she was happy to be there and expressed her “undying, unwavering love” for Cave. The day also included a surprise stripped-back rooftop set at Resident Records, while The Flaming Lips, English Teacher, Cate Le Bon and Warmduscher supported; English Teacher played material from Mercury Prize-winning album ‘This Could Be Texas’ alongside several new songs.
