Empress Of has released “SYW”, a new single featuring Cecile Believe, ahead of her forthcoming album Dream House. The song follows earlier singles “Dream House” and “Wild Storm”, and shifts from the latter’s restrained mood towards a more euphoric, club-oriented expression of desire.

“SYW” stands for “say you wanna” and is described as building steadily before opening into a late-night dancefloor-style track. Its accompanying video was directed by Magaly Ugarte de Pablo; Dream House is due on 18 September via Giant Music and follows Empress Of’s 2024 album For Your Consideration.
