Content creator Zainab Jiwa has gone viral after actress Zendaya reacted with visible shock to her outfit at the London premiere of The Odyssey, a moment that racked up 19 million views on TikTok. The 29-year-old, a hijab-wearing Muslim presenter, has built a niche interviewing A-list stars on the red carpet while wearing custom, film-themed looks that incorporate modest dress, and sees the encounter as proof that independent creators can rival traditional Hollywood press.

Jiwa wore a gold hooded gown to the premiere, and described locking eyes with Zendaya, who exclaimed "amazing, amazing" before walking on. She began posting about films and fashion as a hobby before Disney offered her a junket interview for Moon Knight, and she has since interviewed stars including Denzel Washington, Paul Mescal and Tom Hiddleston, often dressing to match the film in question, such as spiderweb henna for Spider-Man: Brand New Day and gold armour for Gladiator II.
