A Los Angeles County judge has set a jury trial for 15 November 2027 in Ashley Walters’ civil case against Marilyn Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner. Walters alleges that Warner sexually assaulted her in 2010 and later abused her while she worked as his assistant; the trial date is significant because the case has been dismissed and revived several times since it was filed in 2021.

Walters alleges Warner pinned her down, attempted to kiss her and forced her hand into his underwear, then later subjected her to violence and mistreatment at work. The case was revived under California’s AB 250, which created a two-year window for some previously time-barred sexual assault claims; Warner denies wrongdoing, and his lawyer says he expects a forthcoming summary-judgment motion to prevent a trial.
