Police allege that Jayson Reed, 33, urinated on Troy Grevelding’s family, including his eight-year-old niece, after an altercation among concertgoers at M&T Bank Stadium. Reed faces four counts of second-degree assault, public urination and related offences; he is being held without bail while awaiting extradition to Maryland. Authorities reportedly identified and removed a man from the stadium on the night, then obtained an arrest warrant after investigating.
