Nicole Kidman has spoken about her divorces from Tom Cruise and Keith Urban, saying each experience feels new and stressing that her children remain her main priority. In comments to British Vogue, she described the past year as difficult and uncertain, but said she is trying to face it with hope rather than withdraw.

Kidman divorced Cruise in 2001 after roughly a decade together, and finalised her divorce from Urban in January after filing in September. She and Urban have two daughters, Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15; she also has two adult children, Bella, 33, and Connor, 31, from her marriage to Cruise. She reflected on marrying Cruise in her early twenties and said she had been deeply vulnerable during her more recent separation, while preparing to return in Practical Magic 2.
