US R&B artist Fridayy has released his new album, ‘Tension’, through Def Jam Recordings. The 12-track record follows his earlier acclaimed album ‘Some Days I’m Good, Some Days I’m Not’ and continues his focus on emotionally driven, vocal-led R&B.

The album includes ‘Death Us Do Part’, a collaboration with Mariah The Scientist that first appeared on Fridayy’s surprise EP ‘Everybody Got Somebody’. Work on ‘Tension’ began soon after his previous full-length release, with themes of love and relationships central to the project.
