A nail salon owner in New Milton, Hampshire, says a customer left without paying after receiving an £85 manicure and pedicure. The incident matters because it has left a small business out of pocket after providing more than two hours of services.

The customer reportedly had acrylic nail infills with coloured tips costing £35 and a full pedicure costing £50, and accepted a complimentary coffee. After being told the salon did not take card payments, she said she would use the cash machine opposite, but CCTV allegedly showed her getting into a waiting car and leaving instead.
