‘Daughters Of 9/11’ Special Set At CBS On 25th Anniversary Of Attacks

CBS will broadcast a two-hour special, Daughters of 9/11, on Friday 11 September, marking the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The programme follows Elizabeth Miller and Jessica Trant, both of whom lost their fathers in the World Trade Center attacks, as they and FBI special agent Frank Pellegrino examine whether Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the man accused of masterminding the attacks, will ever be brought to justice.

The special airs from 9pm to 11pm on CBS and will also stream on Paramount+. It is produced jointly by Wolf Entertainment, Blowback Productions and See It Now Studios, with executive producers including Dick Wolf, Tom Thayer, Daniel Voll, Susan Zirinsky and Terence Wrong, among others. The score was composed by Brendan Ryan, who lost his newlywed wife in the attacks.
