Actress and singer DomiNque Perry, known for starring alongside Diarra Kilpatrick in Diarra From Detroit, has signed with ColorCreative for representation in all areas. The move gives the actress broader backing as her profile grows, coinciding with the series' recent shift from BET+ to Paramount+ for its second season, in which Perry plays Aja, the best friend of the show's lead character.

Perry's other recent credits include a lead role opposite Lil Rel Howery in the Starz feature Unexpected Christmas, the TriStar comedy One of Them Days, and recurring parts on HBO's Rap Sh!t and Insecure, the latter created by ColorCreative's Issa Rae. She made her film debut in 2015 opposite Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart in Get Hard, and remains represented by Stewart Talent alongside her new deal. ColorCreative's Head of Talent, Raj Raghavan, praised Perry as "the total package" in talent, charisma and dedication.
