Dylan Sprouse, best known for playing Zack Martin in "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," is returning to Disney Channel as a guest star for the first time in 15 years, appearing in Season 5 of the animated series "Big City Greens." He voices Tyler, a man who arrives to take family member Gloria on a date, only to discover her unconventional household is not what he expected. The appearance marks a notable homecoming for a former Disney Channel headline star to the network that launched his career.

The episode, titled "Gloria Green," is part of a new season that sees the full main cast return, including Chris Houghton, Marieve Herington, Bob Joles, Artemis Pebdani, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Zeno Robinson and Anna Akana. Season 5 also features a lengthy roster of guest stars such as Stephen King, Luke Combs, Cobie Smulders and Chad Michael Murray. The five new episodes are set to premiere on Disney Channel on 21 August, before airing on Disney+ the following day.
