The Jonas Brothers introduced a previously unheard track during the opening night of their multi-night Madison Square Garden residency, tapping into the alternative rock sound that dominated the 2000s. Nick Jonas told the audience the composition deliberately channels influences from acts such as Switchfoot and Dashboard Confessional, with production work from the same collaborators behind some of their most successful earlier albums.

The performance forms part of their Burning Up Tour: All Over Again, a full-scale recreation of their 2008 tour that capitalises on nostalgic appetite for that period. The group is simultaneously revisiting their pop-culture footprint through the newly released Camp Rock 3 film, in which they reprise their fictional band Connect 3 roles whilst introducing fresh cast members and new original music.
