ESPN is raising prices across all of its streaming subscription tiers from 17 September, marking the first increase since the platform launched last year. The move affects standalone plans as well as several bundles offered alongside Disney+ and Hulu, meaning many existing subscribers will pay more without any change to the content on offer. It reflects a broader trend among streaming services, including Netflix and Peacock, of implementing regular annual price rises.

The top-tier ESPN Unlimited plan, which includes live broadcast feeds, will rise from $30 to $32 a month, while its annual price increases from $300 to $320. The lower-cost Select tier, offering ad-supported events and original programming without live channel feeds, will go up from $13 to $14 monthly, or $130 to $140 annually. Disney+/Hulu/ESPN Select bundles are also affected, rising by $2 a month for both ad-supported and ad-free versions, though bundles containing ESPN Unlimited remain unchanged for now, likely because roughly 80 percent of Unlimited subscribers already use one of those bundles.
