Yves Tumor brands sexual assault allegations as “salacious lies”
Yves Tumor has denied allegations of sexual assault and abusive behaviour made by several women, describing them as false and “salacious lies”. The claims, circulated online in August, prompted wider allegations about the musician’s conduct; Tumor said they would pursue legal action and that witnesses could support their account.
One allegation said a woman had reported an alleged assault to police, while musician Angel Money shared footage and alleged unwanted touching at a release party. Singer Kidä also alleged troubling conduct during a tour and described the experience as professionally disrespectful; none of the allegations described in the article has been independently adjudicated. Tumor, 36, first issued a brief deleted Instagram statement on 23 August, followed by a longer denial on 24 August.
