Popular Country Music Festival Announces New Home After Being Forced To Leave Longtime Venue

American Songwriter · 13 hours ago

The Voices of America Country Music Festival will move to the Butler County Fairgrounds in Hamilton, Ohio, for its 2027 edition after leaving its longtime venue in West Chester. The move follows a failure to reach an agreement with the township, which raised concerns about public-safety demands, operational planning and the lack of sufficient measurable local economic benefit.

The festival, which has previously hosted artists including Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Lainey Wilson, is scheduled for 5–7 August 2027. Its organiser, Tyler Wogenstahl, said the event would relocate to a community where it is welcomed and has scope to grow; the 2027 line-up has not yet been announced.

  • VOA Festival moves from West Chester to Hamilton in 2027.
  • Safety and economic-benefit concerns drove the split.
  • The festival runs from 5 to 7 August 2027.
