Netflix is returning to the world of "Call My Agent!" six years after the beloved French comedy series ended, with "Call My Agent! The Movie" following former talent agent Andréa (Camille Cottin) as she navigates the chaotic production of her feature directorial debut. Directed by Émilie Noblet and written by original showrunner Fanny Herrero with Lison Daniel, the film brings back the show's core ensemble in new career situations, satirising the French entertainment industry once more, this time from behind the camera rather than inside the agency.

The story finds Andréa clashing with her old rival Mathias (Thibault de Montalembert), now running his own agency, whose grudges threaten to derail her film "The Fugitive" after he ends up representing her intended leading man, actor Laurent Lafitte. The cast includes returning favourites such as Laure Calamy and Nicolas Maury, alongside cameo appearances from real-life figures including Eva Longoria, George Clooney and Laurent Lafitte. The two-hour film retains the show's rapid-fire industry humour and in-jokes, though critics note it leans on viewers' familiarity with the original series' characters and relationships. It premieres on Netflix on 10 September.
