Football transfer rumours: Manchester United and Liverpool eye Kroupi? Vardy to Wrexham?

The Guardian · 2 hours ago

With the summer transfer window closing, English football clubs are racing to complete deals before the deadline. Manchester United remain without a new left-back despite months of interest, with several options still in play, while other Premier League and Championship clubs are chasing late loan moves, free transfers and swaps to strengthen their squads before business closes.

Manchester United are weighing up RB Leipzig's David Raum, Fulham's Antonee Robinson and Fenerbahce's Archie Brown for left-back, alongside a possible €16m (£13.7m) deal for Racing Santander's Jorge Salinas, with Burnley eyeing United's Harry Amass in exchange. United and Liverpool have been linked with Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi, while Liverpool have rejected a £30m Nottingham Forest bid for midfielder Trey Nyoni. Chelsea could move for Alex Scott, Lamine Camara or Manu Koné depending on Manchester City's pursuit of Enzo Fernández, and Real Madrid may consider £60m offers for Eduardo Camavinga. Everton look set to add Jack Grealish on loan and Kenny Tete, while Wrexham are pursuing Callum O'Hare, Adrian Segecic, Scott Twine and a possible free transfer for Jamie Vardy.
