The tour opened with three shows at Oakland Arena in California before Grande performed across North American cities including Los Angeles, Austin, Atlanta, New York, Boston, Montreal and Chicago. She then travelled to London for ten shows at the O2, concluding the 41-date run on Tuesday evening. Her team previously cited "ongoing public scrutiny" as a factor in her upcoming hiatus, during which she has also withdrawn from the West End revival of "Sunday in the Park With George"; Grande has stressed the break was a considered, empowered choice rather than one driven by negativity surrounding her.
