Netflix has renewed its comedy series Tires for a fourth season, following a strong performance for its third season, which returned on 13 August. The show, created by and starring Shane Gillis alongside Steve Gerben, has become Netflix's most-watched comedy since its latest run began, prompting the streamer to also strike a wider creative partnership with Gillis and co-creator John McKeever covering future shows, films and two new stand-up specials.
Season 3 reportedly climbed as high as number five on Netflix's Global Top 10 English TV list, drawing 2.8 million views in its second week, a 33% rise on Season 2's equivalent figures. Since debuting in 2024, Tires has amassed around 45 million total views. Netflix's US comedy vice-president Tracey Pakosta praised the show's growing fandom, while Gillis and McKeever both confirmed their enthusiasm for continuing the series.
