Bradford Bulls ended a run of seven straight defeats by beating Castleford Tigers 6 tries to 4 at Odsal Stadium in the West Yorkshire derby, easing their own relegation worries while deepening the crisis at a Castleford side currently without a head coach. The Bulls dominated from the outset, boosted by the return of experienced forwards Ryan Sutton, Dan Russell and Phoenix Steinwede, and led comfortably at half-time before holding off a Castleford fightback in the second half.
