Taylor Frankie Paul Returning for ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Season 6

The Hollywood Reporter · 3 hours ago

Taylor Frankie Paul is set to return for season six of Hulu's *The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives*, The Hollywood Reporter has learned, despite ABC's continued silence over the fate of her pulled season of *The Bachelorette*. Her comeback is reportedly backed by ABC and Disney, and matters because it resolves uncertainty over whether Paul, an executive producer on the show, would remain involved following a turbulent period surrounding domestic violence allegations against her ex-partner Dakota Mortensen.

Season six is already filming in Utah and on a first international cast trip to Milan, though Paul has not yet joined and her exact role remains unclear. Her fifth-season involvement was limited after ABC pulled her *Bachelorette* season in March over a leaked video of a 2023 incident, followed by reports of a further alleged 2024 incident and a temporary restraining order Paul was granted against Mortensen in April detailing several alleged abusive episodes. Season five, comprising just five episodes, airs on Hulu from 10 September and includes a first-look clip in which Paul reveals she got engaged during *Bachelorette* filming before the relationship later changed.
