Blue Fox Launches TIFF Sales On Tubi YA Movies Starring Brec Bassinger, Charlie Gillespie, Sky Katz & Case Walker
Blue Fox Entertainment has picked up international sales rights to two Tubi Original films, Remember Me and Game On, and will pitch them to overseas buyers ahead of next week's TIFF market. Both projects are currently in production, and the deal extends Blue Fox's existing partnership with Tubi and producer Blue Ice Pictures, building on previous titles the company has sold internationally.
Remember Me is a YA supernatural murder-mystery adapted from Christopher Pike's novel, directed by Danishka Esterhazy and starring Brec Bassinger and Charlie Gillespie as a teenager solving her own murder from beyond the grave. Game On, written and directed by Jem Garrard, is a high-school esports rom-com starring Sky Katz, Case Walker and Nolan North about a gamer who unknowingly falls for her online rival. Blue Fox president Lisa Gutberlet said both films offer strong commercial potential abroad, citing Remember Me's established book fanbase and Game On's cast's following among gaming audiences.
