‘The Gentlemen’ Season 3 Confirmed? Potential Release Date, and Everything You Need to Know

Polygon · 2 hours ago

Netflix and director Guy Ritchie have confirmed that "The Gentlemen" will return for a third season, with the announcement made in August, just before season two premiered on 3 September. The crime drama follows Duke Eddie Honniman (Theo James), who inherits his family's estate and becomes entangled in a marijuana empire run by gang leader Bobby Glass (Ray Winstone), balancing his aristocratic duties with increasingly dangerous criminal schemes.

Season two saw Eddie attempt to decriminalise marijuana through the House of Lords, take on debts to rival mob figures, marry and lose his wife to a bomb plot orchestrated by his own brother Freddy, and ultimately force Freddy to kill the perpetrator responsible. Season three is expected to explore the fallout from this betrayal, Eddie's fractured relationship with Freddy, and a possible romance with Susie (Kaya Scodelario). No official release date has been set, but based on the roughly two-and-a-half-year gap between the first two seasons, a 2028 premiere seems likely.
