The incident is the latest in a string of troubling episodes involving Hickerson since Panettiere's death from a suspected fentanyl overdose last month, with friends expressing concern that he is not coping well with her loss.

Footage obtained by the Daily Mail shows Zach Hickerson, 38, who was riding as a passenger, being thrown from the motorcycle after it allegedly clipped a car in traffic. Brian, 37, reportedly helped his injured brother to the kerbside before riding off on the Suzuki Hayabusa, leaving Zach to exchange insurance details with the other driver. The crash came just hours after the brothers were involved in a bar brawl on Saturday night, during which Brian was seen bleeding from the face and Zach was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. Acquaintances say Brian, who has reportedly lost significant weight and rarely leaves his grandmother's house, has struggled visibly since Panettiere's death on 16 August.
