Dr Ann Coxon, accused of conducting sexually transmitted disease tests on women allegedly sent by Mohamed Al Fayed before he assaulted them, has been placed under interim restrictions by the General Medical Council (GMC). She remains under investigation alongside Dr William Robarts, while both doctors face conditions imposed pending a full inquiry.

Coxon must tell the GMC about any medical work, obtain approval before working in non-NHS settings and allow information-sharing with employers. She is registered but currently has no licence to practise; Coxon denies conducting examinations for Al Fayed, who died in 2023, while more than 200 people have since come forward with allegations against him.
