Ozzfest will return to the United States in 2027, marking the festival’s first American edition in nearly a decade. Founded by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, the revival will also include a previously announced UK event at Birmingham’s Villa Park, extending the festival’s legacy after Ozzy’s death.

No US venue, date or performers have been confirmed yet, although organisers are discussing potential artists and intend to feature emerging and at least one unsigned act. Ozzfest began in 1996 and helped launch bands including Slipknot, System Of A Down and Disturbed; its most recent edition was held in California on New Year’s Eve 2018.
