All five films in The Twilight Saga will begin streaming on Netflix in the United States on 1 October, bringing Robert Pattinson’s breakthrough role as Edward Cullen back into the spotlight. The release arrives amid renewed nostalgia for the franchise and ahead of Netflix’s planned television adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s Midnight Sun.

The films star Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, and follow Bella Swan’s relationship with vampire Edward Cullen in Forks, Washington. Together, the five films earned more than $3.3 billion worldwide, while Meyer’s books have sold over 160 million copies in 49 languages.
