According to the complaint, Her allegedly made explicit sexual comments including referring to herself as a "MILF," made suggestive remarks about Henry's genitalia, and placed her hand on his upper thigh during a budget meeting. The suit details additional allegations that Her frequently visited the police gym when Henry was present, referred to employees as "beefy," and allegedly threatened to falsely accuse Henry of inappropriate touching if he didn't comply with her demands during a December cigar lounge meeting. After Henry filed an internal complaint, he claims Her's administration retaliated by excluding him from decisions and withholding records, though Her's office states an independent investigation found no substantiation of sexual harassment or retaliation claims against any city employee.
