Javon Walton, best known for playing Ashtray in HBO’s Euphoria, is returning to his first passion by headlining a professional boxing bout against former UFC champion Henry Cejudo in Miami. The fight highlights Walton’s unusual dual career and the challenge of balancing acting commitments with the intense focus required in boxing.

Walton began boxing at four, has had 85 amateur bouts, won two Junior Olympics silver medals and remains unbeaten professionally, with three wins and one draw. He accepted the Cejudo fight at less than two weeks’ notice after the original opponent withdrew; the bout is sanctioned in Florida and will count towards both fighters’ professional records.
