Tuck is a free browser extension that lets users snooze tabs so they close temporarily and reopen later, helping reduce clutter without losing pages they still need. It also automatically closes idle tabs and saves them for later retrieval, making it useful for people who routinely accumulate too many open tabs.

The extension works on major desktop browsers, requires no account, and offers preset timings or natural-language instructions such as “Monday at 2 pm”. Idle tabs close after 24 hours by default, though users can choose other periods or disable the feature; pinned tabs, tab groups and selected domains are protected. Tuck can use browser syncing between devices, but has no mobile app and cannot reopen a tab on another device automatically.
