Forbidden bassist Matt Camacho and drummer Chris Kontos will miss the band’s autumn 2026 US tour with Heathen and Void because of personal commitments. Guitarist Craig Locicero said both are expected to return for future activities, while Avery Thurman and Eli Lucas will temporarily replace them.

Locicero praised the substitutes as talented, energetic younger musicians who have already rehearsed an expanded setlist, including material the band has not played for decades. He also said Forbidden’s touring plans for its forthcoming self-titled album could become more ambitious, although travel costs and other financial realities will limit how widely the band can perform.
