Kacey Musgraves performed a cover of George Strait’s 1987 country hit “All My Ex’s Live in Texas” during her set at Bourbon & Beyond 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky. The performance follows her earlier reworking of the song at Coachella, where she changed the verses to reflect her own perspective.

Musgraves appeared at the four-day festival alongside acts including Mumford & Sons, Foster the People and Of Monsters and Men. She is currently touring behind her album Middle of Nowhere and is due to perform a Dolly Parton tribute at the MTV VMAs, while also receiving five CMA Award nominations; the ceremony takes place on 18 November.
