A’ja Wilson led the Aces with 38 points and 16 rebounds. Caitlin Clark recorded 15 points and 10 assists, but shot 6 of 18, made six turnovers and committed five fouls; Kelsey Mitchell scored 12 on 4-of-16 shooting. Aliyah Boston added 18 points, while Sophie Cunningham had 13 off the bench. Game 2 is scheduled for Tuesday in Indianapolis.
