NME’s September/October 2026 print issue goes on sale on Thursday 1 October, after previous editions reportedly sold out within minutes. The bi-monthly magazine, relaunched in 2023 after the weekly print edition ended in 2018, is aimed at showcasing new artists and covering music and other entertainment.

The issue will be sold exclusively online through Dawsons from 2pm BST and will come bundled with Guitar.com Magazine, another NME Networks publication. The cover stars have not yet been revealed; the issue will include NME’s 15×15 crossword, and mailing-list subscribers are due to receive tickets offering an opportunity to join the sales queue early.
