Pachinko, an Apple TV historical drama adapted from Min Jin Lee's 2017 novel, aired for two seasons before being left unfinished by the streamer. Characters such as Sunja face unclear futures, whilst Solomon grapples with consequences of his dealings and the suicide of a rival. Advocates for the show are urging Apple to greenlight at least one more season to provide proper closure to what was otherwise considered a high-quality adaptation.
