The Hollywood Reporter · 1 month ago

Inaugural Entertainment will release the comedy film 'Tiny Fugitives' in theatres on 18 September, featuring Johnny Knoxville as a camp counselor. The picture follows a group of unruly preteens who devise a scheme to remain at sleepaway camp indefinitely, encountering resistance from Knoxville's curmudgeonly middle-aged character determined to sabotage their plans.

The film represents writer-director Michael Lewen's feature directorial debut, developed with Jacob Kaplan, following Lewen's previous work as a producer on comedy productions from Apatow-affiliated studios. The production brings together producers including Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg through Point Grey Pictures, alongside creative teams from multiple production companies.
