Bleecker Street has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to the psychological thriller "NDA", starring Rachel Zegler and Penn Badgley. The deal gives the independent distributor a film with notable star power and awards pedigree, and the production is currently shooting in New York.

The ensemble cast is led by Zegler, a Golden Globe winner for "West Side Story", alongside Badgley of "You" and Academy Award nominee Amy Ryan. The film is the feature directorial debut of Audrey Ellis Fox, a commercial director known for campaigns for Nike and Gatorade, and its screenplay featured on both the 2024 Black List and the 2023 Women in Film X Black List.
