Google's forthcoming Pixel devices may carry higher prices than their predecessors, according to leaked pricing reports from Dealabs highlighted by 9to5Google. The rumours point to increases across both the Pixel Watch 5 and the Pixel 11 phone range, with Google potentially dropping the cheapest 128GB storage option on the Pixel 11 to raise its entry price. If accurate, the changes would make Google's flagship hardware notably more expensive at the point of entry, a shift attributed largely to a global memory and storage shortage driven by surging demand from AI firms.

On the smartwatch side, the 41mm Pixel Watch 5 could start at $399 (or $499 with LTE), a $50 rise on the Pixel Watch 4, while the 45mm model is tipped at $429 Wi-Fi or $529 with LTE, up $30. For phones, the Pixel 11 is rumoured to start at €999 with 256GB (versus €899 for last year's 128GB Pixel 10), with the Pixel 11 Pro at €1,199; the Pixel 11 Pro XL and Pixel 11 Pro Fold could each rise €100 to €1,399 and €1,999 respectively. The 256GB configuration price is expected to stay the same, and a separate rumour suggests the Pixel 11 may drop to 8GB of RAM from 12GB. Google is due to unveil the new devices at a launch event on 12 August.
